Meet Mr. Seber
Mr. Butch Seber is a founding partner of Sebarr Holdings and is responsible for the firm’s investment decisions and strategic planning. Butch, a native of Florida, began his real estate career in banking at Florida Federal Savings Bank where he managed and liquidated the banks real estate portfolios during the decline of Texas real estate in the early 1990’s. Over the subsequent 30 years he rose the ranks at Circle K from Sales Manager to Real Estate Director to VP of Construction and Development. He managed a $1 billion budget for new site development and construction eventually opening up over 1,100 new locations over several years. Mr. Seber has a BA from University of South Florida-Tampa where he double majored in Communications and Psychology. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
Meet Mr. Barr
Mr. David Barr is a founding partner of Sebarr Holdings who is leading the firm's acquisition strategy and investment team. David brings his keen experience in acquisition, development and construction of residential and commercial real estate to the founding of Sebarr Holdings. He has individually developed over 40 commercial and residential projects over the years and has invested as an LP in several nationwide real estate acquisitions. David graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001. He is a licensed real estate broker in California.
